Virtual Currency Has No Real Value

The virtual currency used on this site, known as Lumens, is entirely fictional. Lumens have no real-world monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase physical goods or services.

No Real-Money Gambling

Funzone Playground is provided on an 'as is' basis for entertainment purposes. Lumina Kinetic Entertainment Corp. shall not be held liable for any technical disruptions, loss of Lumens due to browser clearing, or any damages arising from your use of our free platform.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of Funzone Playground shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
